Converting recipes



270g flour
40g sugar
20ml oil (4 teaspoons)
40ml orange blossom water (2 2/3 tablespoons)
333ml milk

  1. Sift the flour into a mixing bowl. Stir in the sugar and a pinch of salt.
  2. Separate the eggs, putting the whites in a clean mixing bowl.
  3. Add the yolks, oil, and orange blossom water to the dry ingredients. Slowly mix in the milk, being careful to work out any lumps.
  4. Let the batter rest 1 hour.
  5. While the waffle iron pre-heats, beat the egg whites to stiff peaks, then fold the egg whites into the batter.
  6. Cook the batter following the instructions that came with your waffle iron.
